1898 The company was registered on 13 October, to take over the business of electrical engineers of a private company of the same name. [1][2]

1909 Completed the installation of electric lighting, heating, bells and telephones in the King's new yacht, Alexandra as well as the turbine yacht Vanadis and steam yacht Liberty[3]
