1807 January 15th. Born in Soho the son of John Rawlings (1772-1837) and his wife Sarah Cox
1831 Listed. John Rawlings, Ginger Beer Manufacturer, 2 Nassau Street, Middlesex Hospital.[1]
1851 Living at 3 Nassau Street, Marylebone: John Rawlings (age 45 born Soho), Ginger Beer Manufacturer. With his wife Sarah Rawlings (age 33 born Marylebone) and their three sons; John W. Rawlings (age 16 born Marylebone); James Rawlings (age 12 born Marylebone); and Henry Rawlings (age 12 born Marylebone). Two servants.[2]
1853 September 27th. Died, of Park Hill, Sydenham and Nassau Street, Marylebone. Age 46, and leaves a widow and three sons.[3]
1857 October 21st. His widow Sarah Rawlings married Henry Doo
1858 His eldest son John William Rawlings marries Emily Elizabeth, the eldest daughter of Henry Doo (his step-father) of Sydenham.[4]
