John Greenwell Sherwin (1810-1859) of Sherwin, Cope and Co

1810 March 7th. Born in Burslem, Staffs., the son of Joseph Sherwin (1783-1870) and his wife Sarah

1841 October 14th. Married at Hoxton to Sarah Lloyd

1851 Living at 5 Cumberland Street, Shoreditch: John Greenwell Sherwin (age 41 born Burslem, Staffs), Engineer and Press Maker employing 20 Men. With his wife Sarah Sherwin (age 32 born Bishopsgate, London) and two daughters Emily Sherwin (age 8 born Shoreditch) and Sarah Frances Sherwin (age 2 born Shoreditch). One visitor. One servant.[1]

1859 June 28th. Died, of Cumberland Street, Shoreditch.
