1905 The company was re-registered on 21 July, to acquire the business of engineers and ironfounders of a company of practically the same name - George Anderson and Co 1905 [1]. The company offered Grice's gas engines amongst other products.
1914 Engineers. Specialities: stone working machinery - diamond saws in particular, cranes of all types and sizes, gas engines and suction plants. Employees 400. [2]
1914 Directors: A. G. Grice (Chairman), W. E. Debrunner and T. Aubertin (Joint Managing), and J. Williams, R. C. Mathewson, T. Dempster. Specialities: Stone Working Machinery, Diamond Saws in particular. Also Cranes of all types and sizes, Gas Engines and Suction.
By 1922 Anderson-Grice Co seems to have specialised in cranes.
