1879 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Edward Ratcliffe and James Rafcliffe, at Broughtin Hall, in the county of Flint, as Dealers in Machinery, under the style or firm of Ratcliffe and Sons, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as from the 31st day of December, 1877.
