'...the Partnership heretofore existing between us the undersigned, William Haslam and Alfred Seale Haslam, carrying on business as Ironfounders, at the Union Foundry, Derby, under the style or firm of Alfred Seale Haslam and Company, is this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to and owing from the said firm will be received and paid by the said Alfred Seale Haslam, by whom the same business will in future be carried on...'[1]
