Henri Mignet designed the "Pou du Ciel" aircraft (known as "Flying Flea" in Britain) - classified as H.M. 14

1935 First publicity for the Flying Flea

1936 First public rally in Britain (at Southend) featured 7 aircraft. Later in the year, Mr Mignet developed the H.M 18, which was described as a "proper aircraft"[1]
