1898 Incorporated as a Limited Company. The company was registered on 21 June, to acquire the business of manufacturers of sheep-shearing machines, of the firm of the same name. [1]
1903-1906 Built automobiles - possibly with mostly French components
1914 Manufacturers of patent Sheep Shears, Sickles, Machines etc... and General Merchants. [2]
1998 One of the last hand-forging tool makers in Britain; the grass hooks and scythes that they made were sold under the Tyzack and Turner name[3]
