Note: This is a sub-section of Aveling-Barford.

Aveling Barford's Motor Grader production started in 1950 with an agreement with Austin Western of America, to make their 99H Grader under licence. The grader was all wheel drive and all wheel steer, and was well ahead of it's time. It was sold as an Aveling Austin, and was very successful.[1]
