Previously P. Walters and Co. Acquired this business as Electrical Manufacturing Co Ltd but by 1908 their name was changed to Walters Electrical Manufacturing Co.
1908 "Telegraph Instruments.—-The Walters’ Electrical Mfg. Co. (Ltd.), Kensal-road, London, W., are issuing their complete catalogue of telegraph and general electrical instruments, bound up in a substantial cover. The company specialise in the production of the best-known types of telegraph instruments, such as Morse ink writers, sounders, relays, galvanometers, galvanoscnpes, resistance boxes. &c. They also manufacture a line of electric bells, pushes and indicators, railway block instruments and telephones and telephone accessories. All the above are described and priced in the list before us. There is a useful section at the end of the catalogue which is devoted to telegraph poles, line materials and linesmen’s tools."[1]

During the Second World War, the company made radio parts and Morse code machines[3]
Post-war - The company manufactured interior electrics for commercial aircraft.
