1864 Born in St. Pancras the son of Benjamin John Wyand, a Schoolmaster, and his wife Isabella Hall

1901 Listed as an Architect.[1]

1911 Living at 49 Dewsbury Road, Dollis Hill, London NW: Benjamin Wyand (age 46 born London), Journalist and Secretary - Institution of Municipal Engineers. With his wife Alice Wyand (age 51 born London) and their son Leslie Wyand (age 21 born London). One servant.[4]
