James John Gill (1892-1968) of T. H. Gill and Son and Gill Allweather Bodies

1892 Born in Paddington the son of Thomas Howard Gill and his wife Charlotte Annie Purnell.

1934 Chr. and Man. Dir. Gill Allweather Bodies, Ltd., London. B. 7 July 1892, London. Ed.: Polytechnic Regent Street. Car.: training in coachbuilding; enlisted 1914; transferred to aircraft manufacture 1917; 1919 joined T. H. Gill, coachbuilders, and purchased business in 1922; company formed in 1925; appointed Man. Dir. and Chr. Md.: 3 children.
