1880 Partnership dissolved. '...Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Joseph Beardshaw and Thomas Styring Beardshaw, as File and Steel Manufacturers, under the firm of J. and T. S. Beardshaw, and carried on at Diamond Works, Hollis Croft, in the parish of Sheffield, in the county of York, was dissolved, by mutual consent, on the 31st day of December last. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Thomas Styring Beardshaw, who will continue the said business...'[1] which became Thomas Styring Beardshaw (Steel Makers).
