1924 Obituary[1]

Mr David Air, head of the firm of David Air and Co., export merchants, died on Sunday at his residence, Dunmore, Perth Road, Dundee.

A native of the city, Mr Air was one of Dundee's most prominent business men, and was former president of the Chamber of Commerce. He took a deep and practical interest in religious and philanthropic work. He was for a considerable number of years president of Dundee Industrial Schools Society. Mr Air was also a governor of University College.
