Born the son of Edward Richard Dodd, Superintendent at Trinity House.

1900 Married at Deptford to Frances Gertrude Hornby

1911 Living at 4 Dornberg Road, Blackheath: Ernest Victor Dodd (age 33 born Over, Kent), Mechanical Engineer - Employer. With his wife Frances Gertrude and their two daughters.[1]
