1872 Partnership dissolved. '... the Copartnership heretofore subsisting between James Kenyon, (deceased), and the undersigned Charles Walmsley, carrying on business as Engineers and Tool Makers, at the Atlas Works, Elton, in Bury, in the county of Lancaster, under the- style or firm of Kenyon and Walmsley, was dissolved by the death of the said James Kenyon, on the 9th day of July, 1872. All debts due and owing to and by the said copartnership will be received and paid by the said Charles Walmsley, who will in future carry on the said business on his own account, under the style or firm of Kenyon and Walmsley...'[1]
