1915 An article states that 'Miss Christabel Ellis, sister of the Countess of Norbury and daughter of the Rev. the Hon. William Charles Ellis.'[3]
1916 Miss Christabel Ellis, cousin of Lord Howard de Walden, had been teaching girls to drive motor cars and vans for the War Office.[4]
1923 Married in Abingdon to Major Hector M. Ferguson
1958 December 4th. Died. Of Assynt House, Evanton, Dingwall, Highlands. Memorial in churchyard at Evanton.
