William Duncan MacGregor

1922 M.I.E.E., Electrical Engineer (Telegraphs and Telephones), c/o Director-General of Posts and Telegraphs, Calcutta. Ed. George Heriot's School and Heriot-Watt College, Edinburgh. Appointed to Indian Telegraph Department as Assistant Superintendent in 1900. Now Deputy Chief Engineer, Indian Telegraphs.
