1868 Partnership dissolved. '... the Copartnership hitherto existing between William Sparks Thomson, Robert Findlay Pearce, and Charles William May, under the name and firm of Thomson, Pearce, and Co., was dissolved on 30th September last, by mutual consent, Mr. R. F. Pearce retiring from the firm. The business will be continued as usual by the remaining partners, under the name and firm of Thomson and Company, who will liquidate the business of the late firm...'[1]
