1823 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership formerly carried on under the firm of John Ellis and Co, subsequently by us the undersigned, under the firm of Spurr and Cadman, as Makers of Pocket-Knives, in Sheffield, is this day dissolved by mutual consent: As witness our bands this<3d day of May 1823.
