1860 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between as the undersigned, Rogers Broadhead, Joseph Thompson, Benjamin Grayson, and Thomas Marshall, as Merchants and Manufacturers of Silver Plated Articles, British Plate, and Britannia Metal Goods, Electro Platers and Gilders, at Britannia Works, in Love-street, in Sheffield, in the 'county of York, under the firm of R. Broadhead and Co., was on the 30th day of June last, dissolved by mutual consent; and that the said business will in future be carried on by the said Joseph Thompson and Benjamin Grayson, on the same premises...'[1]
