1894. Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, John Sanderson and John Walker Sanderson, carrying on business as Millwrights and Engineers, at Louth, in the county of Lincoln, under the style or firm of John Sanderson and Son, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 31st day of December, 1893. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said John Walker Sanderson, who will continue the said business under the style of Sanderson and Son...'[1]
