Company formed by Richard Roberts

1843 June. The partnership of Sharp, Roberts and Co was dissolved. Richard Roberts carried on business at the Faulkner street Works. John Sharp and Thomas Beatt Sharp carried on their part of the business at the Atlas Works in Oxford street and Great Bridgewater street as Sharp Brothers.[1] (as Richard Roberts and Co)

1845 Became Roberts, Fothergill and Dobinson
