George Ben Goodfellow (1850-1923) of Hyde Iron Works, Hyde, near Manchester, Benjamin Goodfellow and Goodfellow and Matthews

1850 Born in Hyde the son of Benjamin Goodfellow and his wife Eliza Ridgeway

1874 Married in Ludlow to Adeline Mary Harding

1881 Living at Lumb Bank, Hyde: George B. Goodfellow (age 30 born Hyde), Mechanical Engineer employing 250 men and boys. With his wife Adeline M. Goodfellow (age 31) and their three sons; Frank Goodfellow (age 5 born Hyde); George (age 4 born Hyde); and Robert Goodfellow (age 2 born Hyde). Also a relative and three servants.[1]

1911 Living at Buglawton with his wife and retired.[2]
