1955 Permali acquired from Jablo Plastics Industries that part of their business concerned with densified wood[1]. A new subsidiary was formed, combined with part of Hordern-Richmond, located at Croydon, called Hydulignum-Jabroc (Tools) Ltd. Also acquired the Jabroc material from Jablo Plastics.
