Elder Mill was a cotton spinning mill in Romiley, Stockport, Greater Manchester.

It was taken over by the Lancashire Cotton Corporation in the 1930s and passed to Courtaulds in 1964.

Power was supplied by a 600 hp vertical compound engine by Daniel Adamson and Co, installed secondhand. 3 ft stroke, 106 rpm. Flywheel was 16 ft dia.
