1911 Paisleys Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £25,000, to acquire the business carried on at 82-96 Jamaica Street, and 2-12 Broomielaw, Glasgow, under the style of Peter Paisley and Son, warehousemen and outfitters.[1]
