1914 Ironmongers, iron merchants, iron workers, oil merchants. Employees 46. [1]

1916 Barnet and Morton Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £20,000, to acquire and carry on the business of Barnet and Morton, ironmongers and furnishers, Kirkcaldy.[2]

1974 Barnet and Morton (Engineering) Limited went into voluntary liquidation. The nature of their business at that point was described as steel fabricators.[3]
