It seems likely this refers to Gilkes, Wilson and Co - Mr Lloyd was a partner in this business although that was not reflected in the name of the business.

1853 Gilkes, Wilson, Lloyd and Co were one of only 3 companies making pig iron in Cleveland at the time[1]
