1913 The British Electric Heater Company Limited, Glasgow, was incorporated to carry on the business of electricians, mechanical, hydraulic, heating and general engineers.[1]

1922 Capital £50,000. Directors: Col. A. Green-Thompson, R. W. Hogarth, W. J. Carr, C. H. Urmston. Manufactures.—Heating apparatus.

1924 The company was struck off and dissolved.[2]
