With his wife Elizabeth Anne Lambshead (age 65 born Paignton) and two sons Samuel Herbert Lambshead (age 30 born Paignton), Chemist (pharmaceutical), and William Lambshead (age 27 born Paignton), Manager of Cafe.[1]
1912 'William Lambshead, junior, of Torbay-road, Paignton, and Deller's Cafe, Exeter, was summoned at Tavistock Police Court for unlawfully driving a motor car at Postbridge near the 21st July, in a manner dangerous to the public....'[2]

1966 Died. 'Mr. Williams Lambshead of Paignton, the first owner of Deller's Café, Paignton. which he built in 1910 and on the site of which redevelopment for shops is now proposed, has died, aged 81, in a Torquay nursing home. Mr. Lambshead also owned Deller's Supply Stores. Paignton.'[4]
