Charles Arthur Rowe (1867-1945) of Rowe Brothers and Co

1881 Living at 4 St German Villas, Exeter: Thomas Rowe (age 52 born St Just in Penwith), Lead Manufacturer. With his wife Emma C. Rowe, four daughters and sons Thomas B. Rowe; Charles A. Rowe; Percy T. Rowe.[1]

1939 Living at Glen Ridge, Ilsham Marine Drive, Torquay, Lead Manufacturer (retired).[2]
