1960.

1938 Vincent Engineering Company Limited, of 24 Drury Street, Glasgow, was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £2,000, to carry on the business of general, mechanical, structural, automobile, domestic, electrical and marine engineers.[1]

1979 The company was dissolved, at which point it was known as The Automatic Sprinkler Company Limited.[2]
