Engaged in Submarine Cable Work with Silvertown Co. and T.C.M. Co., 1880-89; Telephone Work, U.S.A., with New York Telephone Co. and A.T. and T. Co., 1889-1902; Cons. Telephone Expert, 1903; introduced Telephone into Turkey after Turkish Revolution, 1908; served in R.F.C. and R.A.F. as Staff Officer, 1916-19.
