Charles Henry Clifton

1901 Living at Gleniffer View, Beith Road, Johnstone: Charles H. Clifton (age 29 born England), Draughtsman. With his brother Mathew Clifton (age 30 born England), Engineer Turner, and Mathew's wife and son.[1]

1902 Patent. Charles Henry Clifton, Dublin, improvements relating circular saws for metals.[2]

1903 Patent. Charles Henry Clifton. improvements in band sawing machines for cutting metal.[3]

1904 Patents. Charles Henry Clifton, improvements in band sawing machines for cutting metals; Charles Henry Clifton, improvements circular lowing machines for sawing metals.[4]

1907 Patent. Charles Henry Clifton, improvements in highspeed cutting and sawing machines for metals.[5]

1908 Withdrew from the firm of Clifton and Waddell and commenced in business as Clifton and Baird. Other patents under that business.
