1839 Born in Kendal, son of George Braithwaite Crewdson, banker[1] (who was a brother of William Dilworth Crewdson (1799-1878), cotton manufacturer of Manchester)

1866 An iron master, when he married Katherine Davidson in London[2]

1871 William D Crewdson 33, bank manager, lived in Kendal with Katherine Crewdson 27[3]
