1762 '...Commission of Bankrupt awarded against William Jover, of the Parish of Westbromwich, in the County of Stafford, Gun-Lock Maker, Dealer and Chapman...'[1]

1775 Dissolution of the Partnership between Henry Nock, William Jover, and John Green, of Longacre, Gun-makers; John Green, at their late Shop, was authorised to settle the accounts. The Business would be carried on by Henry Nock, at his Shop in Cold bath-fields, and William Jover, No. 83 , Long-acre, on their separate Accounts[2]
