1920 Roxburgh, Morgan and Company Limited was registered as a private company, with capital of £20,000, to carry on the business of manufacturing chemists, refiners, and dealers in and manufacturers of animal, vegetable, and mineral oils, dyes, paints, etc.[1]

1968 The company was dissolved.[2]
