1950 company incorporated; Henry Thomas Eldridge and Helen Winifred Eldridge, of Winchmore Hill, were shareholders.

1961 Viking Industrial Plastics Ltd and Perfect Die Sinking Co., Ltd. seem to have been both at Westwood, Broadstairs[2]

1973 was a subsidiary of Viking Industrial Plastics Ltd but was not trading.

1978 A subsidiary of Plessey Co

1978 Name changed to Plessey Telecommunications International Ltd

1979 Name changed to Plessey Telecommunications and Office Systems Ltd

1981 Name changed to Plessey Telecommunications Ltd

1983 The company was dormant

1984 Name changed to Plessey Major Systems Ltd
