Beaulah and Company Limited was registered, with nominal capital of £2,500, to take over the business of designers and manufacturers of heraldic and decorative shields, etc, carried on as G. K. Beaulah and Company, and the business of cabinet makers carried on as the Victor Joinery Co at 21 Victor Street, Hull.[1]
