1923 The Mount Steamship Company Limited was registered as a private company, with a nominal capital of £115,000, to carry on the business of shipowners and brokers, managers of ships and shipping property, loading brokers, lightermen, carriers by land and water, forwarding and commission agents, and freight contractors.[1]

1929 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[2]
