1916 R. and T. Jack and Company Limited, of Crosslee Mills, Houston, was registered as a private company, with capital of £10,000, to acquire the business of the same name.[1]

1932 Became part of the new ICI (Explosives) with 10 other companies already controlled by ICI[2].
