1864 Incorporated

1868 Engineer is John Fraser.[1]

1874 This short 2.75 mile line was opened for passengers between Halifax and North Bridge. [2]

1908 The line was the joint property of the Great Northern Railway and the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway companies. [3]

1923 Became part of London, Midland and Scottish Railway and the London and North Eastern Railway [4]
