1880 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, William Bagnall, John Bagnall, James Hughes, and Edward Johnson, heretofore carrying on business as Hydraulic and General Engineers, at Langley Green Oldbury, in the county of Worcester, under the style or firm of Hughes, Johnson, and Co., was, on the 19th day of May instant, dissolved, by mutual consent, so far as regards the said John Bagnall. All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the said William Bagnall, James Hughes, and Edward Johnson, by whom the said business will in future be carried on...'[1]
