1937 Alexander Hall and Son (Builders) Limited, of 21 Mid Stocket Road, Aberdeen, was registered as a private company, with capital of £12,000, to acquire and carry on the business of Alexander Hall and Son, builders and joiners.[1]

by 1975 was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aberdeen Construction Group Ltd[2]

1985 Became Hall and Tawse Construction Ltd

1988 Became Hall and Tawse Scotland Ltd

1999 Became Hall and Tawse Ltd
