Sir Henry Hall (1845-1936), mining engineer

Born the son of John Hall of Sedgefield, County Durham, a Spirit Merchant and Horse Dealer.

1845 Appointed Inspector of Mines in the district

1911 Residing at Rainhill Lancashire: Henry Hall (age 65 born Sedgefield), Pensioner. H.M. Inspector of Mines. Mining Engineer. With his wife Ellen Elizabeth and son Arthur alexander.[1]
