Hugh Hill Campbell (c1882-1965) of Brookfield Linen Co


1965 Died. 'MR. HUGH HILL CAMPBELL who died early to-day at his home in Ayr, was formerly managing director of Brookfield Linen Co.. Belfast, and at the early age of 26 was their representative in America. He was 83. Mr. Campbell, who was born in Dover Street, Belfast, made rapid progress in the firm. He was awarded the O.B.E. many years ago. When in Belfast he attended Townsend Street Presbyterian Church. He retired in 1935. His wife predeceased him several years ago. A nephew is Mr. Donald Fleck, of the Ulster Centre of the Motor Cycle Union.'[1]
