'...the Partnership which has for some time past been carried on by John Qualter, George Bower, Edward Hall, and the executors of the late Mr. John Needham, trading under the style or firm of Needham, Qualter, Hall, and Company, at Barnsley, in the county of York, in the trade or business of Ironfounders, Engineers, Boiler Makers, &c., was this day dissolved, by mutual consent, so far as the executors of the late Mr. John Needham are concerned. All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the present firm of Qualter, Hall, and Co...'[1]
