1901 Residing at 23 Salisbury Road, Plymouth: William E. Blake (age 52 born Plymouth), Builder and Contractor (employer). With his wife Caroline and sons Edward Blake (age 24), Builder's Foreman; Frank Blake (age 22), Builder's Foreman; and William Blake (age 19), Apprentice Joiner.[1]

1916 July 21st. Died. William Edward Lowman Blake of 9 Tothill Avenue, Plymouth. Probate to Edward Blake, Frank Blake and William hearn Blake, Contractors.
