1910 W. E. Blake, of London and Plymouth, were the contractors for the new Plymouth Hall.[1]

1911 Worked on the British Museum extension.[2]

1915 W. E. Blake Ltd, Rosebank Eng. Co., Lysia Street, Fulham, advertised for firms able to supply screwing plugs.[3]

1922 Company voluntarily liquidated; F. S. Blake was chairman.[4]

There are many later references to 'Blake's Wharf, Fulham'.

1968 Blakes Wharfs Ltd, Stevenage Road, Fulham. Wharfingers, Warehousemen, Export Packers, Transport Contractors.[5]
